Our Quality Promise

We’re uncompromising about quality at every stage—from sourcing and formulation to testing and certification. Each batch meets strict standards for purity, potency, and accuracy, so you get what’s on the label, every time.

Our Quality Pillars

At every stage of our manufacturing process, our practices set the standard for what quality creatine means.

Purity and Potency

Nothing but creatine should be in your creatine.

We guarantee ≥99.9% pure creatine monohydrate with the lowest levels possible of impurities.

We source only high-purity creatine monohydrate from trusted partners and ensure it’s clean, effective, and what the label promises.

Creatine monohydrate is one of the most researched supplements in the world, but quality varies. We work directly with our suppliers to source creatine with exceptionally low levels of impurities and heavy metals. Every batch of Create gummies is tested for purity, potency, and label accuracy, and we continue testing over time to check for stability over time.

International Society of Sports Nutrition position stand: safety and efficacy of creatine supplementation in exercise, sport, and medicine The Safety And Efficacy Of Creatine Monohydrate Supplementation What We Have Learned From The Past 25 Years Of Research

All Create products and flavors are made with exceptionally clean creatine that’s tested to have some of the lowest impurity and heavy metal levels available, so you can trust what you’re putting in your body.

Lowest Levels of Impurities & Manufacturing Byproducts

  • Creatinine: ≤ 100 ppm
  • Dicyandiamide (DCD): ≤ 50 ppm
  • Dihydrotriazine (DHT): ≤ 3 ppm
  • Heavy Metals Validated *
  • Mercury: ≤ 0.1 ppm
  • Cadmium: ≤ 0.1 ppm
  • Lead: ≤ 0.1 ppm
  • Arsenic: ≤ 0.1 ppm

We source creatine monohydrate with 99.9% purity and check for the lowest levels of impurities, manufacturing byproducts, and heavy metals, tested to maintain potency over time.

We don’t just test at launch. We test over time to make sure our creatine actually holds up, and the result is products that still meet label claim over the course of their shelf life.

Potency and stability testing measures creatine levels at multiple points over time, not just at production. Samples are stored under real-world conditions and tested periodically to confirm the creatine does not degrade meaningfully before the expiration date.

In July 2024, we tested a range of creatine gummies to measure their creatine content. In December 2025—about 18 months later—we re-tested the same gummies. The results? Each gummy still *met label claims confirming that our formula remains stable and effective throughout its full shelf life.

Testing And Certifications

Testing And Certifications

SEE TEST RESULTS

NSF Certified for Sport® is one of the most rigorous third-party certifications in supplements. It verifies that a product is manufactured in certified facilities, accurately labeled, and tested to ensure it contains no banned substances. Originally created for professional and collegiate athletes, the certification goes beyond basic quality checks, providing an extra layer of assurance that what’s on the label is exactly what’s in the product. For everyday consumers, it means added confidence in safety, purity, and trust.

Third-party testing involves sending product samples to independent, accredited laboratories that specialize in supplement analysis. These labs test for ingredient accuracy, dosage verification, and safety markers, and their results must match our label claims before products can be distributed. This step ensures results are objective and not self-reported.

Certificate of Analysis

A Certificate of Analysis is issued after each batch is tested against predefined quality standards. Raw ingredients and finished products are analyzed for identity, purity, and potency using validated lab methods. Only batches that meet every specification receive a COA and are approved for use or release.

Finished Product Testing

Every Create product is checked for the following, prior to release: microbial contamination, heavy metal content, potency.
